Community Mentorship
“ Come and attune deeply in yourself, with others.”
In the community mentorship it isn’t just what I offer, I invite and encourage you to share, celebrate and witness your community members. Your voice is welcomed, in exchange we explore and journey together.
We meet weekly to immerse ourselves and integrate through the relationships in community. This is a safe space to be vulnerable, shed layers and grow in the support of your peers.
Come and attune deeply in yourself, with others.
If you are a facilitator I offer a practice room, where you may guide, observe and receive each other. This is an opportunity to work with peers whether you are in need of support or want to practice and offer something to your community.
Please get in touch if you have any questions.
I offer a weekly session Breathe in Resonant Presence for those that want to receive. This session is focussed on somatic awareness, movement, breathwork and meditation, and what ever is current in the collective.
You are invited to be in resonance with your true self.

-
Yes, via email or text and voice recordings. Establishing a support network for yourself is important. I encourage the community to do this in the work they do.
